Donations made to Maira Charitable Trust are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable objectives, campaigns, and welfare initiatives.

Every donation received is utilised in accordance with the objectives of the Trust and applicable laws.

As charitable donations are generally allocated to ongoing projects and community welfare programmes, donations are normally non-refundable.

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or reversed.

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate donation made accidentally.
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error.
• Unauthorised transaction (subject to verification).
• Payment deducted but donation was not successfully recorded.

All refund requests are subject to verification by Maira Charitable Trust.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Please include the following information:

• Donor Name
• Registered Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Transaction ID
• Donation Amount
• Date of Donation
• Reason for requesting a refund

Once the refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will normally be initiated within 7–10 business days.

The actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

If your payment was deducted but no confirmation was received, please contact us before making another donation.

In the event of duplicate payments caused by technical issues, the Trust will review the transaction and process an eligible refund where appropriate.

Donation receipts will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of Maira Charitable Trust.

Any applicable tax benefits (such as under Section 80G, if available) shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Indian law and subject to eligibility.

Maira Charitable Trust reserves the right to amend this Refund & Donation Policy at any time.
